What we collect

If you create an account in the desk, we collect your email address and the data you choose to save — such as a watchlist, private notes, or manually entered portfolio holdings. If you contact us, we keep that correspondence.

How we use it

To operate the product, to let you back into your account, and to send you the updates you asked for. We do not sell your data.

Who processes it

We use third-party infrastructure to run the service — currently our authentication and database provider, our hosting provider, and Google Analytics for site measurement. The full list and their roles will be finalised here.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages people read and how they arrive. It sets cookies and collects usage data such as your approximate location, device and browser. We use it in aggregate to improve the site; we do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not sell this data. You can block it with any standard browser setting or ad blocker without losing access to anything.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from email at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account data. The complete set of rights and retention periods will be finalised here.
