A clearer way to read the PSX

Henneth publishes scheduled research on covered PSX names, with global index and sector context. Every read shows the working, the disagreement and what later happened. It never tells you what to buy.

Where do you start

Choose your starting point

Four ways into the same publication — begin with what you need today.
Start with Today and the 14-lesson Learn path: plain-English macro, what moved and why, and questions worth asking before making a decision.
Use the screener and backtester on names you already follow. About 52 rule-based strategies, long histories and a position-size calculator you drive. The desk shows behaviour; you decide what to do.
Open Value and the dividend calendar. Four valuation methods per name with the working expandable, ex-dates tracked, and a portfolio X-ray that works from what you already hold.
Optional and educational. The sidereal lens is computed and backtested like every other rule; 2,589 tested hypotheses produced zero survivors after correction. Cast a chart for context, never a forecast or instruction.
One desk. One published edition.

Inputs feeding the line
Before the market opens, the desk reads covered PSX names, global index and sector context, the macro calendar and the optional astro lens. Intraday cycles monitor; the Desk Room publishes on a weekly rotation. 23 global index/sector-ETF markets for context — no US stock picks or signals.

Read the Desk Room debate

A technical desk, fundamental desk, bull and bear set out their cases; the Chair synthesises the disagreement with dissent visible. It is published on the desk’s weekly rotation — no target price, no instruction.

The desk runs whether or not you are watching

Every cycle it re-reads 550+ names, 23 global markets, the macro calendar and the sky — then publishes one edition. You open it when you have five minutes.

Published, resolved, scored.

Every dated read carries an expectation set in advance. When its window closes, the result is checked and archived — hit, miss or still open. The examples below show the format, not a performance record.

Research, not advice
Not features. Operating principles the desk cannot override — each one verified, then locked.
01
Article 01
Research, not advice
No "buy", no "you should", no promised returns. Copy stays in the research register — this is what screens well, not a recommendation.
02
Article 02
Every number is sourced
Nothing is quoted from memory. If the data layer says "unknown", the copy says "unknown" too — never a guess.
03
Article 03
Every dated read is published and scored
Wins and misses stay together; nothing is quietly dropped.
04
Article 04
You size your own position
The desk never prints a share count against your capital. It shows the setup; the sizing is yours to run.
Article 04, demonstrated
We deleted our own share count
The strategy screens used to print a share count next to a ticker — arithmetic on our capital and our risk that read like an instruction. So it was cut. The rule survives as a standalone calculator you drive: your size, your risk, not the desk's number.

“That's a solid feature set.”

“That's a smart separation, keeping the mechanical valuation honest instead of forcing policy risk into a number that can’t hold it. The discipline of not overfitting one fair value figure is probably more valuable than the figure itself.”

Questions worth
asking first

If something here is not answered, the methodology page shows every rule the desk runs on.
No. Henneth publishes research, not advice: no buy or sell calls, no price targets, no stop levels on named stocks. It shows the valuation working, historical behaviour and separate arguments. The decision and order stay with you.
No. Henneth publishes general market and sector commentary, statistical summaries of reported financials, education and tools you run yourself. It is not personalised advice, and Henneth is not affiliated with the Pakistan Stock Exchange or the SECP.
Because it is testable. The desk computes the optional lens, writes down the traditional claim, and backtests it against the same history as every other idea. Null results stay published.
Nothing right now. The whole desk is open in early access with no card or trial timer. If billing changes, the free tier stays and the change will be stated before it happens.
The desk uses a daily timeframe and dated end-of-day cycles. Third-party data can be delayed or wrong, so check any number before acting. If the data layer is silent, Henneth says “unknown” rather than guessing.
Whether you are learning the market or running a book, the daily publication is written for the same reader.
