The astro lens
The sky, scored like every other rule here.
Most financial astrology asks you to take it on faith. This desk writes the claim down first, tests it against nineteen years of PSX history, corrects for multiple comparisons, and publishes the result whatever it shows.
Date only. Computed in your browser. Nothing sent, nothing stored.
After correcting for the number of tests, nothing survived. It is on the desk, and it is not hidden here to make this page nicer.
01 · Your chart
Start with your own Moon
Date only — no time, no place, no name. It is computed in your browser against a 61 KB ephemeris and never sent anywhere, stored, or attached to any analytics.
02 · The computed sky
The sky right now
Sidereal, Lahiri ayanamsa — identical for every reader, recomputed each cycle. No outer planets: the nine classical grahas, as the tradition being tested actually uses.
Nakshatra is the finer division — twenty-seven lunar mansions across the same circle, so a graha's mansion says more about its flavour than its sign alone. The desk reports both because the tested claims are written at that resolution.
How this sky is computed
sidereal = tropical − ayanamsa; the ayanamsa is derived each run by precessing Spica from its J2000 position (Chitrapaksha: Spica = 180° sidereal), never hardcoded. Positions are VSOP87/ELP-2000 (pymeeus), geocentric apparent.
03 · The map
Every sign, and what tradition hangs on it
You do not need a birth date to read the map. Each sign has a ruling graha, and the desk's published attribution table hangs specific PSX sectors and commodities on that graha. Written down first, so it can be tested — which is the whole point.

Confidence is the desk's own tag for how firmly the tradition makes that attribution — how old and how consistent the claim is. It is not evidence of a market effect. On that question the testing found nothing at all.
04 · The result
What the testing actually found
Nothing that survives. 2,589 hypotheses tested across 101 subjects and 4,893 trading days; after correcting for the number of tests, zero conditions showed a real edge.
Test enough rules against enough history and some will look profitable by luck alone — that is what a multiple-comparisons correction exists to strip out. Every claim on this page went through it. None came out the other side.
So this is a lens for reading the market, not a reason to buy anything. It is kept because it is testable — and a tradition held to the same bar as a moving-average crossover is worth more than one that is never checked at all.
Astro NEVER generates or gates a trade setup. It does not touch the Strategist, the Risk Officer, or the Auditor. It is a lens the desk reports and scores, nothing more.
05 · Questions
What people ask before they trust this page
Does financial astrology actually work on the stock market?
On this desk’s testing, no. 2,589 astrological hypotheses were tested across 101 subjects and 4,893 trading days of PSX history. After correcting for the number of tests — the correction that strips out rules which only look profitable because enough of them were tried — zero conditions showed a real edge. That is the published result, and it is why nothing here is presented as predictive.
Then why does Henneth compute astrology at all?
Because it is testable, and most places that sell it never test it. The sky is computed the same way every cycle, the claims tradition makes about it are written down in advance, and the outcome is scored against what prices actually did. A tradition held to the same bar as a moving-average crossover is worth more than one that is never checked. It is kept as a lens for reading the market, not a reason to buy anything.
Does astrology influence Henneth’s trade setups?
Never. Astro generates no setups and gates no setups. It is reported and scored every cycle, and that is the whole of its role. Setups come from price, fundamentals and backtested strategies, and the risk rules that size them make no reference to the sky.
What kind of astrology does the desk use?
Vedic — sidereal positions with the Lahiri ayanamsa, computed from an ephemeris rather than read from anyone’s almanac. Every position, the system used, and the moment it was computed are shown on this page so the arithmetic can be checked against any other ephemeris.
Is the personal birth-chart reading free?
The chart on this page casts free in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere. The ticker-level reading — the same chart read against every name on the exchange, with birth time so the sign changes resolve exactly — is an account feature inside the desk, and accounts are free during early access.
Is any of this investment advice?
No. It is astrological exploration published as research. Henneth is not a licensed investment adviser, does not manage money, does not execute trades, and gives no personalised advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell.
The ticker-level reading lives in the desk
Inside the terminal the same chart is read against every name on the exchange — which ones run harmonious with yours, which it finds testing, and the periods your own dasha lights up. Birth time included, so the sign changes above resolve exactly. That is an account feature, and the account is currently free.
